Vashti Bunyan – Heartleap

“Heartleap” is the third and final studio album by Vashti Bunyan, released on October 6, 2014, in the UK on Fat Cat Records and October 7 in the U.S. via DiCristina.

First announced in June, Heartleap was accompanied by a statement where Bunyan wrote, “The whole point of the album was finally to learn a way that would enable me to record the music that is in my head, by myself. I neither read nor write music, nor can I play piano with more than one hand at a time, but I have loved being able to work it all out for myself and make it sound the way I wanted. I’ve built these songs over years. The album wouldn’t have happened any other way.”

Collabro – Stars (Special Edition)

“Stars” is the debut studio album by the British boy band Collabro. The album was released on iTunes on Dec 02, 2014 via Simo, includes 12 tracks.

English boy band Collabro formed in January 2014 when friends Matt Pagan and Jamie Lambert auditioned singers Michael Auger, Richard Hadfield, and Thomas J. Redgrave to join them in a singing group that would specialize in musical theater and pop. Just one month after forming, the quintet auditioned for the eighth season of the popular television series Britain’s Got Talent. Their performance of the song “Stars” from Les Misérables earned them a unanimous vote from all four judges and over the course of the summer they would climb their way to the top, emerging in June as the season’s winners. They immediately signed with Simon Cowell’s Syco Records and issued their debut album, Stars, in August of 2014.
